Communcation protocol.
First of all, the telegram formats is necessary, one is the output
data_exchange frame and the another is the input data_exchange frame.
Secondly, the function code for the configuration of reading or
wiriting.In writing mode,how to send the parameter index to sipart
DR2210,which means which byte should we use to send the index number.
The third part is the measured values and parameters overview,
including the paramtere address, data type(numbers of
charaters) ,measures value,and read/wirte.
Finally, need some specification for the value which in the
sipart.For example, how to send or recieve the persent value. Is
there some special conversion for the value?
