各位高手，我的STEP7 V5.4这几天出了点小问题,每次启动时都会出现如下错误提示:

SERVER BUSY

This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose "Swith To" to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

Switch to... 　　　　　　 Retry 　　　　　　 Cancel(灰色不可用)

多点几次Switch to 能打开，也能正常运行，但太麻烦了．

我的系统是WINDOWS XP 英文版的,所以提示是英的,前几天我也看到另外的一台2000中文系统的电脑上的STEP7 V5.3也出现过相同的错误提示,不知哪位高手遇见过,请大家不吝赐教。
