It is possible.
First insert 3 s7-300 station and active it's profibus interface.
Change two of them to slave( in hardware configuration).
Then add the two slave in master's hardware configuration.(you can
find the two slave in hardware catalog->profibus->confured station.)
Then set the input/output relationship between master and slave.
(master's output as slave's input and slave's output as master's input).
