在一个项目中，使用CPU314C,DP口带有一个IM153,该CPU经常自动跳停，停止时CPU上灯全部闪烁。必须在CPU上将开关拨到停止在拨到运行后方一切正常。一段时间后（时间不定）又自动停止。查不出原因。
出错后，模块信息显示如下：
1.Memory reset executed
2.Stop caused by CPU memory management
3.Power on backed up
4.illegal memory sunmodule:replace submodule and reset memory
5.DEFECTIVE:internal system error
