大致的思路是：
引发该问题的原因可能有：
1、 wincc 项目在运行或者wincc 画面再编辑状态时，机器重启了……

解决方法：
1、使用 project migrator 移植项目（目的是为了修复画面），看是否出现报错……锁定问题了
2、把项目函数删掉，重新作一变……

3、把项目烤到另外一台计算机上测试……
Failing both of the above, the next step would be to try the project on another computer to rule out anything iffy with the installation.
