F0070还是F0090,是F0090吧
问题:
为什么编码器模块设置正确的情况下还会有F00453 和F0090 故障存在
解答:
F00453 表示电机堵转
当使用编码器时(P0400>0),F00453功能也会同时被激活, F00453 故障表明变频器设定和编码器反馈之间的时间延迟超过了P2178设定值(电机赌转时间),出厂默认值是10ms。
进行如下检查
电机参数是否正确
控制器是否优化
根据负载情况所选用的电机和装置是否合适。如果具有较高的启动惯量且斜波函数发生器上升时间较小,也容易导致故障故障F00453,在这种情况下可以适当调整参数P2178。
故障是否属实
编码器是否损坏
电机转子是否被锁住或是在相似状态。
F0090 表示编码器信号丢失
导致原因可能是编码器、编码器电缆损坏,或是类似情况,也可能是参数P0492和P494设置小(默认值是10)。在控制器优化的时候参数P0492/ P0494 自动被设置,如果控制器没有进行优化则应手动设置参数P0494/P0494。参数P0492是用于监视编码器信号,可以设置P0492等于0来抑制F0090的发生。
注意:如果电机堵转或是转子被锁,F0090 仍会显示。可以通过检查参数R0947/ R0949 来查实F0090故障是否属实(r0947 = 0090).

QUESTION:
Why are fault messages F00453 and F0090 present although the encoder module was correctly parameterized?
ANSWER:
F00453 means motor stalled / motor rotor locked.
When the encoder is activated (P0400 = 0) F00453 is also activated. The fault message F00453 uses the time delay between the inverter pulses and the regular encoder feedback. The delay time is defined in P2178 (delay time motor stalled) and is 10 ms in the factory setting.
As counter-measure the following should be checked:
- Are the motor parameters correct (was a Mot_ID carried-out)?
- Was the controller optimized?
- Were the motor and drive inverter dimensioned for the load relationships prevailing in the equipment or system?
If extremely high ramp-up times (accelerating times) are used or there is a high moment of inertia, then this can result in fault message F00453. In this case - as counter-measure P2178 should be adapted.
- Is there a "real fault"?
Defective encoder
Motor with a locked rotor or similar.
F0090 means that the encoder signal has been lost.
Possible causes could include the loss of the encoder cable, a defective encoder or similar.
However, this fault message could also have been initiated by excessively low values in parameters P0492 and P0494 (factory setting =10).
Both P0492 as well as P0494 are adapted when the speed controller is optimized (P1960=1). If the speed controller could not be optimized, then both parameters - P0492 and P0494 - must also be adapted (generally this involves increasing the values).
Parameter P0492 is used to detect when an encoder is lost (F0090). To suppress fault message F0090 parameter P0492 can be set to 0.
Caution: F0090 is still displayed if the motor has stalled / the motor rotor is locked. By checking the "display parameters" r0947 and r0949 it is possible to identify as to whether F0090 is actually present (r0947 = 0090).
Parameter P0494 is used to signal speed loss at low speed. This means the following: If the rotor speed is less than the value in parameter P0492, then the loss of the encoder signal is defined using an algorithm. This means that the delay time between the speed signal actually being lost and the response to this is set using parameter P0949.
Another possibility of suppressing the fault is to adapt the values in P2178.

P0494 = delay time of the response top speed loss factory setting = 10
P2178 = delay time, motor stalled factory setting = 10
r0947 = last error code
