我的系统装了step7 5.4和wincc flexble 2005，开始时一直都好用，但是在我把Automation License Manager的进程在任务管理器中手动停止几次之后，再启动step7出现：
the "automation license manager service" has not been started！Please start the Service！
以前在服务中都还能启动Automation License Manager服务，但是现在不好用了，重装Automation License Manager也不好用，难道除了重装step7和wincc，没有别的办法吗？？？请教一下各位大侠！！！
