You are using symbolic data block access. In the symbol table, the data block being used is declared as an instance data block for an FB or an SFB. In the available Compile Option, such "cross access" is not permitted because the (S)FB considers the data to be its own local data.

To Correct or Avoid Error:

Change your access or turn off the option that forbids cross access in instance data blocks.
