去年用WinCC V6.0 SP2做一个工程，其中涉及到User Archive，该工程已经正常运行。
前两天从网上下载一个WinCC V6.2，本想学习它的新功能，但在打开前述的工程的拷贝后，启动到68%（CCUsrAcv.exe）就停止，等待2分钟后，Wincc提示如下错误：

“The application 'CCUsrAcv.exe' has been busy for '2' minutes.
Please be patient.
If you select 'Cancel' the process for this application will be terminated.
It will then be necessary to restart the system.”
