手上有一个s7-313c ，试了一下在step7 v5.1+sp2里面下装硬件组态，进行到中段提示：
The system data cannot be loaded to module CPU 313C-(R0/S2) of station SIMATIC 300(1). Look under details or try to determine the cause for the problem using the diagnostic buffer of the module.
察看detail，发现有三个提示：Block too large;Cannot load SDB4;the systemdata can not be loaded to module....
感觉好像是存储空间不够。
查了一下硬件手册，里面提到313c 已经集成了32kb工作存储器.

想请教各位：
1.工作存储器是否仅仅用于程序执行，而不能装载用户程序，要下装程序就一定要订mmc存储卡吗？
2.是否300C系列的所有cpu都一定要存储卡才可以下装程序
3。我们知道电脑城有很多mmc卡，价格便宜，但一般都是32M以上的，能否用在我们的300C系列plc上呢？
