紧急求助：关于WinCC6.2的激活问题。
我的手头的项目是用WinCC6.0做的，今天装了新的WinCC6.2。打开项目的时候速度很慢，在到了68%基本不动了，在过了4、5分钟以后弹出一个错误。
错误内容：The application 'CCUsrAcv.exe' has been busy for '2'minutes
plese be patient
if you select 'cancel' the process for this application will be teminated
it will then nessary to restart the system

注： 在次期间本人多次重启电脑，一直没有解决。请问大家有没有什么别的办法？
