Possible causes:

?The station is in "system diagnostics?mode

?The project is write-protected

?an optional package is required for opening or editing the station

?A new version of STEP 7 or a hardware update of the existing STEP 7 version is required is for opening or editing the station

To Correct or Avoid Error:

?Open the offline configuration of the station (menu command Station > Open Offline) or

?Copy the project to a directory to which you have write access, or

?Install the necessary optional package, or

?Install a newer version of STEP 7 or the hardware update (if available).
