我在现场碰到这样问题:

S7-300(CUP 315-2DP )和ET200(153-1)用Profibus-DP总线通讯.但总线一直报故障,BF灯闪烁.

检查硬件组态,总线电缆没有问题.通讯速率原先设定1.5兆,降为500K还是不行.

切换到在线视窗,ET200分站诊断故障为:

Status:

Module configured, but not available

Preset/Actual mismatch:

(inserted and configured module types are not the same)

- Expected type: DP Slave (modular) (6ES7 153-1AA03-0XB0)

- Current type: Not available


当前组态与实际组态不匹配,被组态的模板不存在或插入了不同类型的模板,但硬件组态我查过一致的啊.
