Cause:
The internal CPU firmware has detected an inconsistent status that can also result from a firmware error on the CPU.

Effect:
This status is indicated by all the CPU LEDs flashing. In this status, the program is no longer executed and no further operations are possible. Outputs are deactivated.

To correct or avoid errors:
Normally the CPU is operational again after turning it off and on again, or with more serious errors after turning it off and on again without battery backup (in either case the CPU must first be switched to STOP). The detailed information of the diagnostic buffer entry contains a hexadecimal code with the comment "No relevance for user". Note down this code and contact the manufacturer.

Make sure that there is not simply a mechanical problem by removing and reinserting the CPU.
The CPU is defective if the error occurs again after power on without battery backup.
In an M7 system:
The event can also be indicated on a function module (FM).

上位机一台，MPI组网，上位机拔不拔掉都一样的情况
昨天把模块都拔了重装，一天相安无事，今天刚把笔记本电脑连上PLC，用的USB 编程电缆，刚过几分钟又出故障，刚恢复几分钟又故障，把了编程电缆，现在还好，不知道过多久又回有问题
