我的问题是,我如何才能关闭所使用homolink.dbf的应用程序？

Anybody can help me with solving a problem occured during reorgnization of multiproject,as fllowing:
A dialogue message showing 'unable to access the file ...XXXPrj\CONN\CO_1\HOMOLINK.dbf' because it is already used by another application.The project or parts of it are being processed by another application pressently" when performing the function of reorgnization.
