报错为：
THe project or libriary was changed using tools of the windows explorer.the date for access protection (入口保护)has been modified （修改）to such an extent that（以致） itis no longer possible to open the project or library.
西门子的技术支持告诉我是以前用过的功能块软件的问题。
我一把以前用的功能块软件装上了（高速计数模块）
还是报这个错（256：145）。
