wincc和STEP7集成在一起，想直接把变量通过step7的选项operator control and monitoring来导入到wincc，结果一勾选项就报错：

The operator control and monitoring attributes cannot be defined because the corresponding data block (DB) or function block (FB) is open in the block editor or because another user is using the same data block or function block.

To Correct or Avoid Error:

Close the relevant open data block or function block.

我觉得是动了哪个注册表的缘故，有碰上过能简单处理的吗？
