不过在help里看到了这个：
To save the variables:
1. Switch the SIMOTION device to STOP mode. This ensures that all the variable values have the same timestamp.
2.Select the SIMOTION device or the unit, e.g. C230-2.
3.In the context menu, select Save variables. The Save Variables window opens.
4.Activate the Retain variables checkbox if you want to save all retentive variables from the current data memory.
5.Activate the Unit variables (ST) / global variables (MCC, LAD/FBD) saved using system functions checkbox if you want to save the previously saved or exported data sets.
6.Activate the TO Retain data (variables) checkbox if you want to save these variables.
7.Select whether the data sets should be read from the memory card or from the RAM disk. Ensure that this selection corresponds to the storage location where the data sets were saved by the _saveUnitDataSet/_exportUnitDataSet function.
8.Confirm with OK.
9.Select in the following dialog the folder in which the backup data has been saved.
10.Select the backup file. Note that with the selection of the backup file, only variables that were previously saved on the device can be restored to the device.
