*First step:
Make sure your PC/PPI cable is good, you can test it with a good
CPU.
*Second step:
Connect CPU and PC with PC/PPI cable,configure the PC/PPI
cable with 19.2K baud rate, then power up the CPU
*Third step:
Measure the 24V sensor supply, make sure the voltage is more
than 22v. If not, this means customer burned the sensor supply.
*Fourth step:
Run wipeout.exe, according to the hint on the screen, clear the
configuration in CPU. IF the step fail, that means the communication
port was burned.You can find the wipeout.exe in the setup disk.
This can cause the communication failure.
*Fifth step:
If the above four step pass,Power up the CPU again. Now you can
connect PC with CPU with 9.8K baud rate configuration in
Micro/Win. If this step fail, the communication port was burned
