各为大侠，有个PLC问题棘手的问题向大家求救。我用的是319-3PN/DP的CPU、2M的MMC卡、 带了两条DP总线共约40个各类从站。现在的问题是PLC总是莫名其妙的死机，有时一天要死2～3次，故障时所有指示灯一起狂闪，只有重新上电运行才能再次运行。固件版本已经升级为最高的2.8了，实在找不出什么原因。由于已经是试生产阶段，客户很不满意，求各位老大给点意见，谢谢！！！

重新断电再上电运行后，诊断信息显示为：
STOP caused by CPU management
Previous operating mode:STOP{OWN initialization}
Requested operating mode: STOP(memory reset)
Internal error,incoming event

STOP:backup buffer contents inconsistent(no transition to RUN)
Previous operating mode:no voltage
Requested operating mode: STOP(own initialization)
Internal error,incoming event


另外：
每次故障发生后诊断信息的日期都变成了01/01/1994, 重新下载硬件配置又变回当前日期，什么都不重新下载再次上电后也能继续运行。

还有一个诊断信息好像是我在故障发生后重新下载硬件配置后出现的，因为他的日期是08/292009,而上面故障日期是01/01/1994.
