我公司有一台840D系统MMC103,NCU为573.3,原采用全闭环控制,现出现X轴振动大,一按手动移动键,轴就振动,你松了按钮,还是振动,必须按急停才能停止,现我们怀疑是丝杆有问题,想采用半闭环控制来检测一下,但是切换不了,因为它原来机床参数就是电机编码器控制,但是我一但把光栅返馈线去掉就报警,PLC侧也是DBX1.5为1,DBX1.6为0.附部分机床数据.请高手指点.谢谢!!!
