大家好，我的step7程序，原本挺好的，中间电脑重装了一次，现在每次打开程序文件都会弹出错误提示，具体如下：Open Project(300:13)，具体内容是cannot start database，不知哪位大侠遇到过，还望指教！
查看Help帮助，也没找到怎么解决：帮助文档如下：
Des cription of Error:
The error can be caused by one of the following:

1. The database was opened by another user with write access and you yourself have only read access rights to the drive on which the databank is located.
2. The database has already been opened by another user with exclusive access rights (single user mode).
3. The database is already being used by another user and you are attempting to access the data as a single user.

To Correct or Avoid Error:
You can correct the error in the following ways:

1. Obtain write access rights for the drive with the database.
2. Set the multiuser mode for everyone involved in processing the S7 or WinCC project.
