现象：冗余系统的其中一个CPU所有的指示灯以同一频率猛闪，此时在S7中不能连接到该CPU，另一CPU工作正常，但其IFM灯亮红。

我拷下CPU的故障诊断记录，最开始的记录出现：
Accumulation of detected and corrected memory errors
Not user-relevant (Z1): f002
Requested OB: CPU hardware fault OB (OB84)
OB not found, or disabled, or cannot be started in the current operating mode
Internal error, Incoming event

这个出现了多条，然后是：
DEFECTIVE: memory test error in internal memory
No relevance for user (Z1): 0002
Previous operating mode: RUN (redundant mode)
Requested operating mode: DEFECTIVE
Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 0
Internal error, Incoming event
问题：
1、请大家帮忙分析下诊断记录，是什么原因造成的？外部环境正常
2、我随后冷启CPU，系统又恢复正常，然后我下载OB84到CPU中，请问OB84能起到什么作用吗
