wincc运行期间 时常报错：
Application sfcrt.exe could not establish a connection to the wincc license server. make sure that the wincc lincese server is running and that the application was exited correctly the last time you closed the project.

而且脚本好像无法运行！
sfcrt.exe是干什么的？
跟授权有关吗？授权管理器显示不缺少授权。。
求解决方法！
