无法打开OB块的 operator control and monitoring
系统提示cannot create the operator and monitoring attributes
帮助提示是：The operator control and monitoring attributes cannot be
defined because the corresponding data block (DB) or function block
(FB) is open in the block editor or because another user is using
the same data block or function block.

但是我没有打开OB块啊 仅仅是打开SIMATIC MANAGER 直接选择DB块 就不能打开
是根据从wincc里调用step7的变量（2008-1）的pdf说明一步步做的 就是不成功！
有谁使用过 请不吝赐教！！ 谢谢！
