以前安装step7 v5.4中文版及plcsim sp3没有问题，最近又卸载了重新安装出现“C:\windows\system32\s7epatsx.exe”，而且安装plcsim sp3时出现

“Error 1311. Source file not found

C:\DOCUME-1\ADMIN-1\LOACALS-1\Temp\S7_PLCSIM_v5.4_sp3.zip的临时目 录 plcsim\Disk\Data1.cab Verify that the file exists and that you can access it”此现象导致“不能设置PG-PC接口。而且s7项目无法下载到plcsim ”
