故障手册上的如下：

3195 Fault Safe halt trigg. Flt>safe halt tr.

This message occurs only if the safe halt is
performed in the dual-circuit version. One
contact of the external safe halt has to work
on –X2:3, the second one on –X2: 24. In
case of this fault one circuit is defective.
Check both circuits of the safe halt.
ATTENTION: safety function, if there is any
doubt, contact our service station.
