1，非西门子的力矩电机，驱动旋转工作台，配611D驱动，电机为A轴：

Set Commutation angle_A axis

bring the machine into emergency status

? bring A axis into 0°position

? write down the value of MD1407 P gain

? write down the value of MD1016 commutation angle

? MD1407 =0

? MD1017 =1

? reset and start machine

? JOG

? select A axis

? feed start

? +



Hum Noise will be heard from A axis

MD1017 =0 automatically

MD1016 = new commutation angle

? NCK reset

try the same processure with the head in +45°, write down MD1016

try the same processure with the head in -45°, write down MD1016

MD1016 should be in tolerance of ±5°

The angle for the Simodrive is found as follows:

? Set P1011.12=1

? Set P1011.13=0

? Conduct a HW RESET

? Set P1017.0=1

? Enable the pulse and controller

? Move the shaft over the zero mark (for example specify small nsoll)

? The angle offset if entered automatically in P1016

? Error 799 (save FEPROM and HW RESET

required) appears

? Save the FEPROM and conduct a HW

RESET

If the angle is already known (for example in the

final acceptance report), this value should be used to

check the measured value.

If the difference is greater than 5° you must consult

the manufacturer’s authorized trained personnel.

Procedure:

1. Changing--over the RLI technique from saturation--based to motion--based;

set MD1075 to ”3”.

2. Activating the zero mark for the fine commutation;

MD1011, set bit 12 to ”1” and bit 13 to ”0”.

3. Before enabling the motor, activate the ”commissioning support”;

set MD1017 to ”1”.

4. The angular commutation offset is automatically entered into the machine data.

Then: Change--over the RLI technique from motion--based to saturation--based;

set MD1075 to ”1”.

Notice

When disassembling the encoder (spindle service/maintenance), the commutationangle must be re--determined (qualified personnel must carry--out this work).
