cpu414-2dp,带一个ET200分站和47个电机综保（电机综保以分站形式挂接在profibus总线上），ET200分站通信正常，有四个电机综保通信不上其他电机综保通信正常，cpu上EXTF灯亮，BUSF2灯闪烁；cpu以这种状态运行一周后也就是昨天突然cpu上所有的灯都开始一起闪烁了，编程电脑与cpu不能通信，将cpu断电再上电并打到stop状态，电脑用编程适配器与 cpu 连接读取诊断buffer里的信息如下：

其中事件1~5是cpu断电再上电后产生的，事件6是导致cpu上所有登闪烁的原因，事件7以后的是综保没通上信导致的。
以前没遇见过这种现象，请教各位仁兄，为何CPU上所有灯在闪烁，该如何解决才能至少不让cpu停止。拜托了！
