烧成窑尾PLC主站系统能正常运行但报错误。如图：（CPU图标为错误状态）

查看CPU属性时：状态为 Moudule available and o.k Error LED（EXTF）

根据故障描述应该为分布式I/O的PA总线接口模块im－157所致，进一步诊断Im-157，如图：

从以上图可以看出是所有的温度变送器所致，地址为 4、6、8……。不知道是什么原因导致所有的温度变送器没办法正确显示图标，从而致使CPU报错误。



另外CPU缓冲里有时也会报这样的故障，如图：
