原来com 54315太老了,不支持gsd文件,需要手动做:

Siemens: COM 5431 FMS/DP - (S5 PLC)
This elderly MSDOS based tool does not support direct use of GSD files, and so it is necessary to
incorporate the information manually. For this you will need to use the Eurotherm GSD file editor to
determine parameter tag addresses.
Apart from the lack of support for GSD files, the program imposes global data consistency (either to 8
or 16 bits) across the network, which may cause problems if there is a clash with third party
equipment. Furthermore, it limits the amount of data that can be transferred from the 2400 or T630 to
4 inputs and outputs, and demand data cannot be used. If this is a problem, newer Siemens
configuration software such as COM Profibus allows much more flexible configuration. Consult your
Siemens dealer for more information.
Note that the information that follows was derived from a Siemens technical note that translated from
German to English, possibly without reference to the English version of the software. There may be
differences of detail between the instructions and the tool itself, but the basic procedures have been
verified with a German speaking customer using the software with a 2400F controller. In case of
doubt, cross check against the manual that was shipped with the tool.
It is first necessary to set the slave processing to be ‘word consistent’. This is done by entering the
‘I/O Areas’ menu via the menu ‘EDIT> I/O’. Select ‘Update I/O’ and enter “In Cyclic Synchronism”
for ‘GP update’ and ‘DP Update’ to set word consistent DP Slave Processing.
Set input and output areas (CI/DP-STA CI/DP-END) sufficiently large to hold the data from all
slaves on the network, making sure that the END addresses are always odd. For example, “PB 0” to
“PB 21” allocates storage for 22 bytes of I/O data.
Now you need to enter the DP slave data via the menu ‘EDIT>I/O>DP SLAVE PARAMETERS’. The
following fields require entries:
Slave L2 Address : Set to the Profibus address of the slave device
Slave Manufacturer ID : Set to 2400 for 2400f, or 6300 for T630
Slave Name : Any name, e.g. “2400” for 2400f, or “T630” for T630
Check Slave Sync Mode : Set to ‘Off’
Check Slave Freeze Mode : Set to ‘Off’
Slave Watchdog : Set to ‘On’
The user settable data defines the parameters to be used in the cyclic data exchange, and are derived
from the tag addresses of the parameters involved in hexadecimal.(base 16). To do this, first make a
list of up to four input parameters and four output parameters, for example (in the case of a 2400f):
Inputs Outputs
Process Variable Setpoint 1
Output Power Setpoint 2
Working Setpoint Internal Setpoint Select
Summary Output Status Ack All Alarms
Now, using the Eurotherm Profibus GSD file editor, locate these parameters with the mouse cursor in
the right hand parameter selection window, and press the right mouse button. This will pop up a box
containing the tag number in decimal and hexadecimal, for example ‘Tag: 1 (0x0001)’. Note the
number in brackets, without the leading ‘0x’:

Note that if you want less than 4 parameters for inputs or outputs, put ‘0000’ in the list in their place.
To derive the user-setable-data field contents, type in an initial ‘00’ followed by the numbers for the
inputs and outputs respectively, e.g:
00000100050003004B00180019000F0112
The length field should update automatically to 17.
The final operation is to select input and output areas for each slave. This is done using
‘EDIT>I/O>DP Editor’. This presents you with the slave configured with its L2 address and the name
you assigned it....
You need to provide 8 bytes for the input data, and 8 bytes for the output data. For example, if you
have 2 2400 Profibus DP units, you could use:
