后面是rs485 is coupler,再后面是et200isp的站

今天只下载硬件组态，程序只有空的OB1，OB81，OB82，OB84，OB86等等

两个问题
a) 在硬件组态中强制DO，模块灯不亮（今天来不及撤查接线，只量了公共端电压）
b) cpu和et200isp都亮sf灯，诊断信息中提示的OB无法下载，提示优先级错误，但是在线却看到相应的OB在cpu中，请问是什么造成这些OB不起作用的？
