大家好 我用的是wincc7.0亚洲版，用硬狗授权，但是运行wincc的时候老是弹出CCLicenseService.exe 遇到问题需要关闭，然后又弹出Application xx.exe could not establish a connection to the wincc license server. make sure that the wincc lincese server is running and that the application was exited correctly the last time you closed the project.对话框 接着就要强行退出wincc 请问这是什么情况啊！！请各位帮帮忙啊！！！
