该报警为F31802，CU320一上电就报这个警，有时候在反转高频率运行的情况下，也会报这个警停机：

Cause: Time slice overflow, encoder 1.
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
9: Time slice overflow of the fast (current controller clock cycle) time slice.
10: Time slice overflow of the average time slice.
12: Time slice overflow of the slow time slice.
999: Timeout when waiting for SYNO, e.g. unexpected return to non-cyclic operation.
