我公司一台设备用的是S7-300系统，有313CPU,321,322,331，153等常见模块，还有一TP170A触摸屏，profibus网络上有CPU,153，TP170A,还有4台MM440变频器，昨天工人在电焊作业时，没把设备断电，导致设备触摸屏TP170A被烧，还有明显的模拟量模块331被烧，并且固定模块的西门子DIN导轨上有明显电击痕迹，最初故障表现是153站、331模块红灯闪，CPU的SF,BF灯亮，后来将其换掉后，网络正常，CPU正常，现在设备能正常运行，但是奇怪的是运行一段时间后CPU就会自动进入STOP状态，并且CPU上SF灯亮，打开STEP7，在线监视CPU，出现报警，信息如下：Diagnostic buffer of module CPU 313C-2 DP
