The OB82 is called by a diagnostic alarm.
Examples for diagnostic alarms: internal errors, external errors, ...
(e.g. RAM fault of SIWAREX U)
OB82 is called for occurrenced and for acknowledged errors.
Use the local data to evaluate the errors.
E.g.: load local data word: L LD 6 --> module address

Only serious errors will cause a diagnostic alarm. We recommend to:
- STOP the CPU or
- to declare all values from SIWAREX U invalid
OB82不是必须的，SFC58也不是必须的，DB块是自己定义的。
