MPI电缆接上后,PC Adapter上的Power(电源)指示灯亮.在上传或监控时,Active指示灯不亮,以前系统正常时,在上传或监控时两个灯都亮.
连接不上时错误提示是:
Online:communication link to the adaper damaged. 看帮助提示如下:Des cription of Error:
Communication to the PC/TS adapter is faulty.
To Correct or Avoid Error:

?Check that the transmission rate set at the adapter matches the
transmission rate set in the program "Setting the PG/PC Interface" (PC adapter with connection at COM port).

?Check the parameter assignment for the PC adapter, in particular with respect to the port selected (COM port or USB).

?Check the connecting cable between the programming device/PC and the adapter and between the adapter and the PLC.

?Check the USB PC adapter and see if it is ready for operation (all LEDs illuminated).

?Check that the firmware for the adapter is loaded. This condition will be indicated at the USB PC adapter by the MPI LED.

?Wait until an active firmware loader has downloaded the firmware to the adapter.

?Check the power supply to the PC/TS adapter or to the PC/MPI cable.

The PC/TS adapter is supplied with power via the MPI/DP interface (a PC/TS adapter requires 24V and 5V; USB PC adapter only requires 24V).

Power is supplied to the PC/MPI cable either by an external power supply unit (if connected with a SINEC L2 bus cable) or by the connected MPI cable (in case of a direct connection to the PLC).

另外在 set PG/PC intirface 的参数设置如下:
Access point of the application 里选择 s7online (step7) --Pc Adapter(MPI)
Interface Parameter Assignment 里选择 Pc Adapter (MPI)
Add/Remove 里 selection后,Pc Adapter点Install 安装上 Pc Adapter Board1

Pc Adapter 的properties里,MPI设置 Address --0 Timeout --30s
Transmission Rate --19.2kbps Highest Node Address --31
Local connection里设置 connection to --COM1 Transmission Rate--19200
