1、the "dirty" earth is the earth point to which transient suppressors (spark gaps, transzorbs etc.) are
connected。
2、 the "clean" earth is the grounding point for sensitive signals.
Invariably they should meet at some common star point.

dirty earth =Protective Earthing （PE)=保护地
clean earth =Signal Earth=信号地
