1.start up tool与840d NCU单元的连接通过 MPI电缆连接，即电缆一头插在PC /PG的 CP*x (MPI)通讯板卡上，一端连接 NCU单元的X122接口，即PG MPI接口，
2.在 Start-Up Tool 上的“the OPI”的通讯率为 1.5MBaud，并且设置 NC/PLC address “13”，
3.在PC / PG 上设置MPI 接口即“interface of the PC / PG (Control Panel / PG/PC Interface) ”是 "S7ONLINE (STEP7) ? CP*x (MPI)"，
4.检查start up tool的 "NC Connect Wizard"对NCU840D 与840D sl的切换选择，在启动start up tool之前必须进行正确选择，
5.注意The Start-Up Tool版本号 V7.5 HF1 ，810D / 840D 软件software 版本6.5 或更高,以及NCU软件版本7.4 (powerline version)
